A long, long, time ago in a galaxy far, far away an unemployed musician by the name of Giuseppe did all he could to steal enough money to purchase a ticket to America, the Promised Land. His dream was to be discovered and become a famous entertainer in America. He boarded a ship to America, not speaking a word of English and leaving everything and everyone he knew behind.

One night in a drunken stupor, Giuseppe stumbled across an old piano aboard the ship. He started entertaining the passengers and crew with his whimsical songs and funny gestures. The crew would sing-a-long with Giuseppe and laugh till the wee hours of the morning. The crew kept telling him, that he was nuts. Over and over they would tell him You’re Nuts! You’re Nuts!! Giuseppe just smiled not understanding anything the crew was saying.

Finally, the ship arrived at Ellis Island. As Giuseppe went through processing he was asked “What is your name?” They asked him a few times. Since the only English that stuck in his head from the voyage was "You’re Nuts" he replied "Your Nuts" They stamped his documents with his name as Yuri Nutz. From that day on Giuseppe’s new name in the Promised Land was "Yuri Nutz".

Yuri settled in Brooklyn, New York. He met a beautiful girl named Coco and married her. Coco loved her new name, "Coco Nutz". Yuri had a talent for playing the piano and Coco had a beautiful singing voice, so it just was natural when their children were born that the kids inherited their parents' talents. The kids loved entertaining their friends. They had a knack of making people laugh till they pissed in their pants.

While growing up in their Italian neighborhood in Brooklyn, it was a common practice to give everyone nicknames. There were names like Chubby (of course the kid was skinny), Jimmy No Nose (Jimmy had a huge nose), so it was natural for the Nutz children to have Nutty names. The oldest child was named Woody Nutz, middle child, Slutzlik Nutz and the youngest child became known as Manheim Nutz. They formed a band called "The FunKey Nutz".

The Nutz family decided that Boca Raton, Florida would be a great place to continue their dynasty and for the children to be discovered. They decided to set up shop and open "FunKey Nutz" The Dueling Piano Bar. People of all ages and from all over the world come to visit the Nutz brothers at "FunKey Nutz", Home of Warm Beer and Lousy Food. Come watch the Nutz brothers hang out and enjoy a night of unforgettable fun and madness. You never know what to expect and if you're lucky, cousins Miss Eng Nutz, Les Nutz, Seymour Nutz, Honey Nutz, Hazel Nutz and maybe even old mom, Coco Nutz might show up for a surprise performance.

"FunKey Nutz" is definitely the HOTTEST piano bar in South Florida. Nothing brings friends together like a little drink, a little music, and a lot of shameless sing-a-longs. Don’t expect to hear shitty show tunes, that’s not what "FunKey Nutz" is about.
